You always seemed to be available to us, and if you weren't going to be for some reason, you were good about letting us know in advance. We thought you were a good communicator and a good listener as you remembered certain details that were important to us in our home search. We loved that you took the time to preview homes for us so that we wouldn't waste time looking at homes that wouldn't even be a possibility for us. And although you had many other clients you were servicing at the same time you were servicing us, you made every effort to be as flexible to our schedules as possible (and that we really needed considering we had Sophie to deal with and traveling from Fort Lee!).
