Morristown and Morris Township NJ Real Estate
I recently closed another condo in the Village in Morristown ~ well, technically it falls into Morris Township but right on the border. My client works in the area and loves being able to walk to town and hop the Midtown Direct into New York for a night out. This is actually the first closed unit in the Village complex this year, however there are currently two under contract.
These condos have a tudor design on the outside and really are nice units. They were built in 1994 so they have central air conditioning, washer and dryer, most have decks and they have good sized private basement storage. Windmill Pond is a popular town home complex in Morristown. The units typically have an open floor plan with skylights, fireplaces and a second floor overlook. Many of the units have large decks from the kitchen that wrap around so you can enjoy being outside. There are also some units with decks off the master bedroom. The complex is tucked away in a nice private area close to Morristown center with easy access to Route 287. The last unit to close was a 3 bedroom interior unit on Jenni Lane. It was listed for $399,900 and closed at $390,000 with 50 days on the market.

I went to the Morristown Creamery last night. I really enjoy that place. I meet friends there alot to catch up. Not only do they have great home made ice cream, gelato, deserts and all that good stuff, but they also serve lunch and their food is good! Coming from me, that's saying something. I've gone there with clients alot too just to discuss various homes we've looked at, the real estate market in general and next steps.
In the summer it gets crowded...inside and out. Its nice to get ice cream and walk up to the Morristown green or just sit outside at the Vail Mansion.
I feel no guilt in eating the ice cream if I do the walk.....I haven't tried changing my jogging route yet, but that in and of itself would be incentive to go for a…
