Morristown NJ Real Estate Gone Green

Morristown NJ Real Estate keeps getting greener and greener. We have the Morristown "Green" which is the town center, now our buildings are going "Green" and lord knows we store alot of "Green" with all of our wall to wall banks. The $27 million new office building on 14 Maple Avenue in Morristown is on track to be the first Morristown NJ real estate "green" building. The building is on the same block as the former Epstein's site. This four-story structure is being designed with environmentally friendly guidelines set by the US Green Building Council. The building has been designed with aluminum shades and windows to keep solar heat outside the structure with an eight level parking garage scheduled to open this fall. The building has geothermal wells and ground source heat pump. Most of the space in this building is already rented except for the first floor. The Seeing Eye, Inc. in Morris Township will occupy the basement of the building with a training area fo the dogs and 18 parking spaces for its vans.
