It does depend on the town, but yes I'd say off more around 10%. The towns are mostly along the train line. The market has defnitely picked up alot in the past month. Lots of buyers ready to go with the low rates and high inventory. I hope you have a great year!

Yes there has been a drop in prices..varying for different towns of course. Alot of buyers out now and yes you're right, there are some great deals on homes, especially for first time home buyers.

Is your area real estate off less than 20% from the highs or more. Has the volume picked you since the price have moved down?
Northern Bergen County real estate is down about 10-20% depending on the town. We seem to have pick up some. Do you see a firming in your home sales?
