Posted by Susan Zanzonico on Saturday, March 22nd, 2008 at 10:20pm.Interesting article from today's Daily Record......The township planning board will meet Monday and will consider an application for a major subdivision on 24.75 acres with frontage on both Red Gate Road and Van Beuren Road.Walter and Marianne Morris and Post & Rail Partners LP want to change two lots -- each of which has a home and accessory buildings -- into four lots. Various variances would be needed.The board will meet at 7:30 p.m. at the municipal building, 21 Blue Mill Road, New Vernon. Looking for a home in Harding NJ?
