When I look at the list and closing prices of the homes that have sold, I would say alot of first-time home buyers are jumping in the market to take advantage of the tax credit.
Need more incentive? Well, the rates are still low, low. Morristown's current average home sale price is $385,270 with 79 days on the market compared to a year ago when the average home sale price in Morristown was $426,805 so we're down 10%! Everything is lined up perfectly.

Mt. Kemble Lake is a really charming part of Harding. There is a lake, obviously and many of the homes overlook the lake...to me this is just heaven on earth. This community also has a club house that runs special events, parties and dinners. Over the years I've known a few people who lived right on the lake. You can imagine how special it is to have a big window in your bedroom overlooking the lake with breath-taking, seasonal views all year. A few steps down to the dock where you can sit with your feet in the water and a glass of wine...right behind your own home on the lake. Its an amazing fairy tale really.
