What is a Mortgage Lien?
In general a mortgage lien is a voluntary lien on real estate given to a lender by a borrower as security for a mortgage loan. It becomes a lien on real property when the mortgage funds are disbursed and the lender files or records the mortgage with the clerk or registrar of the county where the property is located. I Love Morristown NJ
Sometimes I may take Morristown NJ for granted just a little. I met my friend Maria for dinner last night and we ate at the Dublin Pub in Morristown. They have a lovely outside patio, it was a perfect night. We were really having a great time catching up and laughing. We ordered our usual salads topped off by "sweet potatoe" fries...which are so good. If you haven't had them, you really should give them a try. After dinner we went for a walk, talked, took pictures, talked. I was really getting into the architecture on some of the buildings in Morristown NJ town center.
