Morristown and Morris Township NJ Real Estate
I recently closed another condo in the Village in Morristown ~ well, technically it falls into Morris Township but right on the border. My client works in the area and loves being able to walk to town and hop the Midtown Direct into New York for a night out. This is actually the first closed unit in the Village complex this year, however there are currently two under contract.
These condos have a tudor design on the outside and really are nice units. They were built in 1994 so they have central air conditioning, washer and dryer, most have decks and they have good sized private basement storage. Huntley Tavern in Summit NJ

Great Summit NJ Restaurant....
I had a great time at the Huntley Tavern last night. This is a bar/restaurant located on the outskirts of Summit.
They have a great bar with high ceilings and an almost a ski lodge feel. The huge wrap around porch allows you to sit outside on a nice day. The food and wine are great. I'm very fussy about both and haven't been disappointed yet. Last night I had spicy tuna sushi for the first time there and it was great! I already know I love the crab cake, salmon and bar pies.
If you plan to check it out on a Friday or Saturday night, make reservations because it does get crowded. Its worth a visit.

Windmill Pond is a popular town home complex in Morristown. The units typically have an open floor plan with skylights, fireplaces and a second floor overlook. Many of the units have large decks from the kitchen that wrap around so you can enjoy being outside. There are also some units with decks off the master bedroom. The complex is tucked away in a nice private area close to Morristown center with easy access to Route 287. The last unit to close was a 3 bedroom interior unit on Jenni Lane. It was listed for $399,900 and closed at $390,000 with 50 days on the market.

Madison Sells Healthy Pizza

I don't eat pizza often so when I do, I want it to be good. Lately, when I decide to treat myself, I head for Whole Foods on Main Street in Madison NJ.
Over in the deli section, they make and cook pizza in a brick oven. On any given day, they'll have a variety of toppings. My favorite is topped with asparagus and pesto, which I just tried as by mistake one day. You can buy pieces that they'll cut off for you and heat up or order a full pie to take home to the family or for entertaining. Believe me, its yummy good and they can make pizza with whole grain crust if you want to feel a little healthy.
